Good god. Why did I not get these sooner?
I was first introduced to the kettlebell from my friend Jordan, and The Monkey Bar Gym back when I was training Jiu-Jitsu.
I saw the very tip of the ice berg but never really got into them.
Well, I just got my first set today! Starting off small with some 12kg. (26.5lbs.) ETHOS. I was going to get some Rouges, but couldn't find them in stores (tried Play it again and Dick's). Might order some in the near future.
Getting back into it... I'm checking out Kettlebells 101 on Youtube.
I have some soft flooring squares (which Piggy is adamant on running across and lying on...
But, we're gonna try it out.
I'm just getting a feel for them again, then will try to set up some workouts with them.
I'm going by the video and breaking it down to try it all out.
