Its been a while since I've set a top rope with a BHK.  Went outside climbing the other day and saw a bunch of setups using this for the master point.

I had to re-remember about tying it and why there is an extra loop and what to do with it.  Found two easy to remember ways of dealing with it that I'll show here.

A lot of the time, I use two figure eights and clip whatever I'm ascending on, into them... more rope-accessy style.

This is just another good reminder and skill that seems to fade without practice.
